Employee satisfaction is a proven indicator of an organization’s success. It reduces turnover and absenteeism, and also has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction. We apply the same cause-and-effect techniques of the ACSI to help measure employee satisfaction, determining which elements of the job experience affect future employee behavior.  Firms will learn where to focus their efforts in order to maximize desired future behaviors – lower turnover, lower absenteeism, or any other metric that drives firm success.

Because these future behaviors can be tied to cost savings or revenue gains (via improved customer satisfaction), organizations have the ability to predict and measure the return on investment from employee programs.
